Later the handles were switch so that there was no hot water but no cold water. Replace broken handle so <br />that hot and cold water is available at this hand sink. Store raw meat under or separate from other food items to <br />prevent contamination. Corrected on site, the vegetables were relocated. <br />Observed tamales and meat stored in plastic bags. Observed food items stored on <br />floor in walk-in freezer. Place food items in labeled containers once packaging is opened and store food items at least 6 in. <br />above the floor. Correct today. <br />Observed mold on the outside of plastic containers in the walk-in cooler. Clean or discard containers. Clean today and maintain clean. <br />Observed debris on both exhaust hood filters in the main kitchen. Clean within 1 week and maintain clean. <br />Observed leaking from the bottom of the steam table.
