<br />OBSERVATIONS: The hot water handle for the bakery kitchen hand sink did not work is just spun around so not hot water
<br />was available. Later the handles were switch so that there was no hot water but no cold water. Replace broken handle so
<br />that hot and cold water is available at this hand sink. Correct within 3 days.

<br />contamination. Correct today.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed open bag of flour and sugar stored on floor in bakery kitchen. Observed food items stored on
<br />floor in walk-in freezer. Place food items in labeled containers once packaging is opened and store food items at least 6 in.
<br />above the floor. Correct today.
<br />Observed mold on the outside of plastic containers in the walk-in cooler. Clean or discard containers. Correct today.

<br />Observed leaking from the bottom of the steam table. Repair leak within 1 week.
