The followings were noted:
• This 0.60 acre lot consists of mobile home park septic system. This property is served by septic system and onsite water well.
• The ground water is 60' to 70' below surface.
• Observed the end seepage pit at the end of each string line of pits.
• Each end pit has been assigned a number. Seepage pit N 1 to N3 are located north of septic tank. S l to S2 are located south of
septic tank. See attached document for more information.
• All seepage pits except N3 showed clear indication of efflent flow. Sign of effluent can be visible in the discoloration of soil.
Effluent was observed in the SDR35 pipe running all the way down seepage pit.
• No effluent was observed in the N3 seepage pit. Per Jimmy that line of seepage pit has been turned off to
recondition/rej uvinate.
• See attached photos for more information.
• Based on the observation made it is clear that effluent travels down to the end seepage pits.
Map Area
See Attached document
RECEIVED BY: DATE:JUNE 6,2019
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SPECIALIST: PERMITS PLUS DATE:
EHD 48-037 Oficial Consultation Report
9/18/07
