EHD Comments: According to the water usage records provided by the owner, the site used over 10, <br /> 000 gallons of water per day for several months. EHD referred the matter to the Water Board <br /> pursuant to the State Water Resources Control Board OWTS Policy (Section 9.4.2, Tier 2-Local Agency <br /> OWTS Management Program). The OWTS Policy states "The following are not allowed to be <br /> authorized in a Local Agency Management Program: 9.4.2 OWTS receiving a projected flow over <br /> 10,000 gallons per day." <br /> 10. Martinez represented the Shady Rest before the Board (WQCB) in 2019 and had the matter <br /> transferred again back to the County. <br /> EHD Comments: The OWTS oversight was referred back to the EHD by the Regional Board in October <br /> 2019. <br /> 11.
