EHD will require an oversized 2,000-gallon septic tank for installation of a standard Onsite Wastewater
Treatment System.
2. Percolation test conducted on August 23, 2019 yielded a percolation rate of 50 minutes/inch. At this
rate, a five-foot soil separation shall be required between bottom of dispersal field and groundwater
pursuant to San Joaquin County Onsite Wastewater Treatment Standard table 1.10.2. Per the San
Joaquin County Water Resource Lines of Equal Depth to Ground Water Map of Fall 2015, groundwater
on site is reported between 30 and 40 feet below surface grade.
3. The OWTS and its 100% replacement areas shall meet all required minimum setbacks stated in San
Joaquin County (OWTS) Standard and Well Standard.
If you have any questions please contact Michael Suszycki, Senior Registered Environmental Health
Specialist, at msuszycki@sjgov.org or(209) 598-7001.
!t*even0hih, REHS
Program Coordinator
c: Lakhbir Singh Sahota, 17454 Von Sosten Rd., Tracy, CA. 95304
1868 E.
