CONSULTATION COMMENTS: Liquid waste consultation was conducted this date with Nelson Matos. The followings were noted: • This 1.99 acre lot consists of a 3 -bedroom single family residence. This property is served by septic and well. • There are two septic system on the property. One septic system serves the residence dwelling and the other serves the agricultural building. The nature of this constulation deals with septic system of the agricultrual building. • The septic system was installed on 08-09-2013. The septic system includes a 1,200 gallon septic tank, 40' leach line and a 36" wide seepage pit.
