The Percolation tests conducted on October 20, 2021 and November 19, 2021 yielded a
percolation rate between 5.0 and 30 min/in. At this rate, a minimum 8 feet of soil separation is
required between bottom of the dispersal field and the groundwater. The SSNL reports a historic
groundwater level of 110 to 123 feet below surface grade. (San Joaquin County OWTS Standard
Table 1.10.2).
b. The OWTS and its 100% replacement areas shall meet all required minimum setbacks stated in
San Joaquin County (OWTS) Standard and Well Standard.
If you have any questions please contact Francisco Garcia Ruiz, Environmental Health Specialist Trainee, at
fgarciaruiz@sjgov.org or (209) 616-3032.
Steven Shih, REHS
Program Coordinator
c: LiveOak
1868 E.
