The temperature range of the windrows was 133 F- 150 F. The temperature range of the incoming green waste <br /> piles was 150 F- 155 F. The temperatures of the pre-screened product and the screened product was 110 F and <br /> 100 F respectively. <br /> 2. All records showing windrow temperatures,when the windrows completed pathogen reduction, and when the <br /> windrows were moved to be screened were available for review and found to be complete. <br /> 3. Facility made available test results for the metal concentration and fecal coliform levels(done by F.G.L. <br /> Environmental)for the compost product as well as Salmonella levels(done by Sierra Environmental). The test <br /> results showed that the compost product met the state standards. <br /> L <br />
