The temperature range of the windrows was 135 F to 162 F. The temperature range of the pre-screened <br />product and the screened product was 130 F to 155 F and 120 F to 134 F respectively. The temperature range <br />of the ground material and the screened greenwaste was 116 F to 157 F and 71 F to 115 F respectively. <br />2. The daily temperature and turning records were reviewed. The records continue to state when each windrow has <br />met the requirements of pathogen reduction and when the pile was moved to be screened. <br />3. All records, including test results for the metal concentration and fecal coliform levels, were available for review. <br />4. A pile of greenwaste that caught on fire is still on site and has not yet been completely integrated into the <br />—composting process. The pile must be integrated by 4/13/11 per Title 14 Section 17852 (15). <br />
