Austin Road, Manteca <br />95336 <br />Forward, Inc./Allied Waste North America <br />Benjamin Escotto (Ruben Ramirez I <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 30 OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TIRE tC AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />X No Violations or Areas of Concern <br />Vj A lRegulations <br />Inspection Report Comments: <br />Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. Accoring to the Special Occurences Log, on 3/18/11 there was an accident. A private vehicle turned into the <br />facility, made a U -tum, and as the vehicle was driving out of the facility it collided with a dump truck. Both drivers <br />were hurt and taken to the hospital. The Fire Department, C.H.P., and an ambulance were called and arrived on <br />site. <br />2. Test results for the metal concentration and the fecal coliform levels of the compost product were available for <br />review. The compost product met the state standards. <br />3. All records were available for review and were found to be filled out accurately. <br />4. The temperature range of the windrows was 116 F to 156 F. The temperature range of the pre-screened product <br />was 118 F to 131 F. The temperature of the screened product was 100 F. The temperature range of the ground <br />material was 129 F to 148 F. The temperature of the greenwaste was 112 F. <br />5. There is still a pile of greenwaste that caught on fire that has not been integrated into the composting process. <br />The pile must be integrated by 4/13/11 per Title 14 Section 17852 (15). <br />
