Austin Road, Manteca <br />95336 <br />Forward, Inc./Allied Waste North America <br />Benjamin Escotto (Ruben Ramirez <br />THE ABOVE FACIUTY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 30 OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR( <br />X No Violations or Areas of Concern <br />V A Regulations <br />Inspection Report Comments: <br />Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. Previous area of conem documented on the 5/23/11 inspection report has been corrected. The temperature and <br />turning records were reviewed. All windrows that were documented as having met the requirements for pathogen <br />reduction did meet the requirements. All windrows that were documented as having been to moved to be <br />screened as a product did meet the requirements for pathogen reduction. <br />2. It was noted on the 5/23/11 inspection report that it was difficult to determine which feedstock piles had been <br />screened. The facility has separated the screened pile from the non -screened piles. However there was one area <br />in which the screened pile and the non -screened piles were in contact. The facility was instructed to create a <br />separation at this point and always leave separation around the perimeter of the screened pile. <br />3. Test results for the metal concentration, Salmonella levels, and fecal coliform levels of the compost product were <br />available for review. The compost product met the state standards. <br />4. The temperature range of the windrows and ground material was 133 F to 155 F and 136 F to 147 F respectively. <br />The temperature range of the screened product was 143 F to 146 F. The temperature of the feedstock and the <br />pre-screened product was 125 F and 155 F respectively. <br />5. All records were available for review and were found to be filled out accurately. <br />
