Austin Road, Manteca 95336 <br />Benjamin Escotto (Ruben Ramirez <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION SD OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />X No Violations or Areas of Concern <br />V A Regulations <br />Inspection Report Comments: <br />Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. A pile of overs was observed on site. The pile of overs must be removed within six months (1/25/12) per Title 14 <br />Section 17852 (15). <br />2. The screened greenwaste pile is now completely separated from the non -screened piles. There are no areas of <br />contact. <br />3. The temperature range of the windrows was 125 F to 155 F. The temperature range of the pre-screened product <br />and screened product was 146 F to 150 F and 141 F to 150 F respectively. The temperature range of the ground <br />material was 128 F to 148 F. The temperature of the greenwaste was 117 F. <br />4. All records were available for review and were found to be filled out accurately. <br />5. The facility is integrating cannery waste (peaches and tomatoes) into the composting process. The cannery waste <br />received is mixed with ground material and put through the grinder. The mixed ground material is put out into <br />windrows the same day. The windrows with cannery waste were inspected. The fly population and odor was <br />light. No fly breeding was observed. <br />
