Austin Road, Manteca 95336 <br />Inspector Also Present (Name) <br />Benjamin Escotto Ruben Ramirez <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 30 OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />X I No, Violations or Areas of Concern <br />Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. The temperature range of the greenwaste pile and ground material was 73 F to 97 F and 115 F to 133 F <br />respectively. The temperature range of the windrows was 122 F to 148 F. The temperature range of the pre- <br />screened product and the screened product was 131 F to 162 F and 106 F to 137 F. <br />2. The facility is creating a pad for the storage of ground material and windrows. The pad is sloped so that water <br />runoff will go into the drainage system. This area (pad) is located adjacently west to the area that is currently <br />storing the greenwaste and ground material. <br />3. All records were available for review. <br />4. The odor and fly population was light. <br />
