All aspects of the operation or facility shall be maintained in a state of good repair. The operator shall <br />implement a preventative maintenance program to monitor and promptly repair or correct deteriorated <br />or defective conditions. <br />2. Have the rebar cut down so as to prevent a tripping hazard. <br />Irispi0i1cm Report Comments <br />Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. The onsite lifter and dust was minimal. <br />2. The rodent bait stations and fire extinguishers were being properly maintained. <br />3. All records were available for review. <br />
