There have been three windrows moved to the screening area.There was no <br /> documentation that the windrows have met pathogen reduction.Immediately start tracking windrows for pathogen reduction(15 days @ or <br /> above 131 degrees F with 5 turning and watering). <br /> X 17868.3(d)-Temperature Monitoring <br /> Comments:The facility temperature records indicate that the temperatures are not meeting the 131 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperatures <br /> need to be taken near the core of the windrow at least 18 inches below the surface of the compost and about half way up the pile.
