The feedstock shall undergo load checking to ensure that physical contaminants are removed. <br /> 2. Ensure that all personnel assigned to load checking and screening are properly trained in recognizing <br /> physical contaminants and hazardous materials. <br /> Inspection Report Comments:. <br /> A routine monthly inspection was conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1. The temperatures of the windrows ranged between 140 F and 166 F. <br /> 2. The records for the temperatures and turnings of the windrows was up to date. <br /> 3. It is recommended that the records show exactly when each windrow meets the requirements for completion of <br /> pathogen reduction by stating "met pathogen reduction." <br /> 4.The previous violation for training was resolved. The oilly material was removed. The contamianted soil was sampled <br /> and disposed at the Forward Inc. landfill after it met the acceptance requirements. Copies of the sampling results were <br /> given to the EHD during the inspection. <br />
