All handling activities shall be conducted in a manner that minimizes vectors and nuisances. <br /> 2. Take necessary steps(chemical spray,fly traps, etc.)to control the adult fly population. <br /> 3. This is a continuation of an Area of Concern from the previous inspection report(8/25/2010). <br /> Inspection Report Comments: <br /> Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1. Previous area of concern regarding the records not showing the pathogen reduction of the windrows has been <br /> corrected. The records were analyzed and all windrows that were moved to be screened as the final product had <br /> undergone pathogen reduction. <br /> 2. There were cracks observed in the tipping floor. <br /> 3. The temperature range of the windrows was 140 F- 158 F. The temperature of the feedstock, ground up material, <br /> the unscreened finished product and the screened finished product was 130 F, 105 F, 140 F, and 123 F <br /> respectively. <br />
