S-ift7-.8 OF.' CORPORATE PLANNING PROJECTS (C/O CHANCE w`ONG) <br /> NORTIIT LODI, COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> WHEREAS, on October 7, 1976, the Planning Commission <br /> of the County of San Joaquin, by Resolution PC-77--50, did <br /> conditionally approve Tentative Subdivision Map No, S-76-8 <br /> of CORPORATE PLANNING PROJECTS, for a 23 lot residential <br /> subdivision on the northeast corner of Vower Sacramento Road <br /> and Forest Lake Road, north of Lodi, County of San Joaquin, <br /> v <br /> State of California; and <br /> WHEREAS, on October 19, 1976, this Board of Supervisors <br /> did set the date of October 2.1, 1976, at the hour of 2 :00 p.m. <br /> for a public hearing on said matter; and I <br /> W11BREAS, on this date, at the appointed time, this <br /> Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said <br /> matter, notice of which hearing was given in accordance with <br /> law, and oral and documentary evidence having been received in <br /> I <br /> favor of and opposed to said matter, and this Board of Super- <br /> visors being advised on the premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFOME, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Super- <br /> visors that Tentative Subdivision Map No. 5-76-8 of CORPORATE <br /> PLANNING PROJECTS be, and it hereby is, approved subject to <br /> the following conditions : <br /> 1. All improvements shall be in conformance with <br /> the requirements of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> 2. Easements for utilities shall be as required by <br /> P.G.&E. , P.T.&T. and all other public utilities. The provisions I <br /> of Article XIIA7 of Ordinance No. 892, as. amended, shall apply. <br /> Electrical power distribution may be overhead except the <br /> i <br /> individual line which shall be underground. <br /> i <br /> 3.
