Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> tbahad ori(a_sigov.org <br /> SUBJECT: Technically Adequate Non-Water Release Corrective Action Plan for the <br /> Foothill Landfill, Facility No. 39-AA-0004 <br /> Dear Mr. Bahadori: <br /> Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) staff have reviewed the <br /> Corrective Action Plan Cost Estimate for Non-Water Releases (Plan) for the subject facility, <br /> dated March 24, 2015. The Plan was received by CalRecycle on July 7, 2015. <br /> Staff has determined the Plan is technically adequate in meeting the Requirements of Title <br /> 27, California Code of Regulations. The San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department, Local Enforcement Agency (LEA) approved the Plan in a letter dated October <br /> 19, 2015. The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) noted in an <br /> October 15, 2015 email that they have not been reviewing non-water release corrective <br /> action cost estimates. <br /> In addition, the operator is required to demonstrate financial assurances for the Plans' <br /> costs.
