The <br />proposed OVVTS design is based upon wastewater usage of 4,770 gallons total with 3,250 gallons <br />average daily flow from existing building and 1,520 gallons per school day resulting from 144 <br />students and 8 administration staff for the proposed 8-room building. The bathroom work being done <br />for the building tied to the northernmost septic system will have no change in average daily flow. <br />The proposed septic design is approved with the following conditions: <br />Rock used for filter material shall be one (1) inch to two and one-half (2 1/2) inches in diameter. <br />Obtain Septic System — Commercial repair permit prior to construction. If existing septic <br />tank will be replaced it shall be destroyed under the repair permit. A two-way clean out shall <br />be installed between the building and the septic tank every 100 feet at ground level.
