(C(o 'y <br /> 504 Broadway <br /> Jackson, CA 95642 <br /> Re: Soil Suitability Study for MS-92-224 <br /> San Joaquin Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division has received and <br /> reviewed your study dated April 12, 1995, and has found it acceptable, subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> (1 ) Obtain a Sanitation Permit to install the engineer designed system at the time <br /> of development. <br /> (2) The trench depth shall be twenty-four (24) inches as per recommendation on <br /> the letter of April 12, 1995 from Shaw, Morlan and Associates which reads "a <br /> shallow, twenty-four (24) inch trench depth" not thirty-six (36) inches as <br /> shown on blue prints. <br /> (3) Provide Calculations to justify total dynamic head loss; {i.e.: loss per fitting, <br /> number of fittings, loss per one hundred (100) feet of pipe by diameter and <br /> flow rate, etc.} <br /> (4) Orifices on distribution pipe shall face upwards as per EPA Design Manual, not <br /> downwards as shown on blueprints. <br /> (5) The maximum length of leach lines as permitted by San Joaquin County Code <br /> is one hundred (100) feet comply, install at least three (3) lines. <br /> Indicate on the blueprints the location of the french drpin �o vert seasonal <br /> ground water flows around sewage disposal system. <br /> (7) Make an appointment with San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division twenty-four (24) hours prior to pressure testing <br /> the system and prior to backfilling. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
