Verified all aboveground storage tanks (AST) have been emptied and
drums have been removed. The AST contents and drums were hauled off 12/17/2021. The ASTs are not
permanently closed but both ASTs are part of the SPCC Plan that cover both 30350 S. Tracy Blvd. and 30131
S. MacArthur Blvd facilities. Per Guillermo, the plan for the tanks are to move them to the 30350 S. Tracy Blvd
side in the meantime. Please continue to treat these tanks as part of the SPCC Plan until they have been
permanently closed or removed from the property. Empty tanks are still regulated under APSA unless
permanently closed as per 40 CFR 112.2
The aboveground petroleum storage program (APSA) permit for this facility (30131 S. MacArthur Blvd)will be
inactivated with San Joaquin County Environmental Health since the SPCC Plan for 30350 S. Tracy Blvd
accounts for the ASTs.
To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of the person receiving the report
instead of having them sign.
Inspection report emailed to:
Guillermo Salazar, Northern California Environmental Manager, guillermo.salazar@cemex.com
FA0003922 PR0515796 SCO01 12/22/2021
EHD 28-01 Rev.12/06/2021 Page 4 of 5 Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act OIR
1868 E.
