LAND COMPANY Wo ASSOCIATED ENGINEERS & PLANNERS, INC. ) , SOUTH OF TRACY, COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALI- FORNIA WHEREAS, on December 20, 1979, the Planning Commission of the County of San Joaquin, State of California, did conditionally approve Subdivision Map No. S-80-4 of G. & L. LAND COMPANY (c/o Associated Engineers and Planners, Inc. ) , for an eight lot sub- division served by a private road, on the south side of Valpico Road, 220 ' west of Fairoaks Road, south of Tracy, County of San Joaquin, State of California; and WHEREAS, on January 8, 1980, this Board of Supervisors did set the date of February 7, 1980, at the hour of 10 :15 a.m. ; and WHEREAS, on this date, this Board of Supervisors did i conduct a public hea±ng on said matter , notice of which hearing ` was given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary evi- dence having been received in favor of or opposed to said Qf matter, and this Board of Supervisors being advised on the J f premises; Z LLJ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors W� that Subdivision Map No. S-80-4 of G. & L. LAND COMPANY (c/o .J T 1° Assoc. Engineers & Planners, Inc. ) be, and it hereby is, con- ditionally approved as follows: 1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the requirements of the County of San Joaquin. 2. Easements for utilities shall be as required by Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company, and all other public utilities. The pro- visions of Article XIIA of Ordinance 892, as amended, shall apply. 3. Plans for all improvements shall be approved by the San Joaquin County Department of Public Works prior to con- sideration of the Final Map. 4. Drainage shall be as prescribed by Board of Supervisors ' Resolution R-76-4201. Drainage shall comply with standards and
