S-80-4 <br /> OF G. & L. LAND COMPANY Wo ASSOCIATED ENGINEERS & PLANNERS, <br /> INC. ) , SOUTH OF TRACY, COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALI- <br /> FORNIA <br /> WHEREAS, on December 20, 1979, the Planning Commission of <br /> the County of San Joaquin, State of California, did conditionally <br /> approve Subdivision Map No. S-80-4 of G. & L. LAND COMPANY (c/o <br /> Associated Engineers and Planners, Inc. ) , for an eight lot sub- <br /> division served by a private road, on the south side of Valpico <br /> Road, 220 ' west of Fairoaks Road, south of Tracy, County of San <br /> Joaquin, State of California; and <br /> WHEREAS, on January 8, 1980, this Board of Supervisors <br /> did set the date of February 7, 1980, at the hour of 10 :15 a.m. ; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, on this date, this Board of Supervisors did <br /> i conduct a public hea±ng on said matter , notice of which hearing <br /> ` was given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary evi- <br /> dence having been received in favor of or opposed to said <br /> Qf matter, and this Board of Supervisors being advised on the <br /> J f <br /> premises; <br /> Z <br /> LLJ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> W� that Subdivision Map No. S-80-4 of G. & L. LAND COMPANY (c/o <br /> .J T <br /> 1° Assoc. Engineers & Planners, Inc. ) be, and it hereby is, con- <br /> ditionally approved as follows: <br /> 1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> 2. Easements for utilities shall be as required by <br /> Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Pacific Telephone and <br /> Telegraph Company, and all other public utilities. The pro- <br /> visions of Article XIIA of Ordinance 892, as amended, shall <br /> apply. <br /> 3. Plans for all improvements shall be approved by the <br /> San Joaquin County Department of Public Works prior to con- <br /> sideration of the Final Map. <br /> 4. Drainage shall be as prescribed by Board of Supervisors ' <br /> Resolution R-76-4201. Drainage shall comply with standards and <br />
