The refuse accumulation is an open excavation and must be removed <br /> from the premise and disposed of in a sanitary manner. The <br /> open excavation must be filled to grade with clean sand. <br /> 2. Connect all proposed development to the California Water Service <br /> and the City of Stockton sewerage system, <br /> Since approval of the Subdivision included San Joaquin Local Health District <br /> conditions, you are hereby advised that the above conditions shall be met prior <br /> to utilization of the approved land use. <br /> Please call this office for an inspection when the conditions have been met. <br /> Jack J.
