S-83-9 <br /> OF COUNTRY CLUB INVESTORS (c/o GARDEMEYER DEVELOPMENT) AND <br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PUD-83-2, FOR A 24 UNIT CONDOMINIUM AND <br /> PLANNED UN-IT DEVELOPMENT, LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF COUNTRY <br /> CLUB BOULEVARD, 313 ' WEST OF OREGON AVENUE, WEST STOCKTON, COUNTY <br /> OF SAN JOAQUIN <br /> WHEREAS, on August 18, 1983 , the Planning Commission of the <br /> County of San Joaquin recommended conditional approval of <br /> Subdivision Map No. S-83-9 and PUD-83-2 of COUNTRY CLUB INVESTORS <br /> (c/o Gardemeyer Development) , for a 24 unit condominium and <br /> planned unit development, located on the south side of Country <br /> Club Boulevard, 313 ' west of Oregon Avenue, west Stockton, County <br /> of San Joaquin; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of public hearing before this Board of <br /> Supervisors was published jointly with the notice of public <br /> hearing before the Planning Commission on August 5, 1983; and <br /> WHEREAS, on this date this Board of Supervisors did conduct a <br /> public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing was given <br /> in accordance with law, and oral or documentary evidence having <br /> been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this <br /> Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that Subdivision Map No. S-83-9 and Planned Unit Development No. <br /> PUD-83-2 of COUNTRY CLUB INVESTORS (c/o Gardemeyer Development) <br /> be, and they hereby are, denied without prejudice.
