The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for PSC Industrial Outsourcing LP -Stockton as of December 23, 2021. Open violations from May 14, 2020 inspection Violation #5 -Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for the following material is not complete/accurate: 1. Hydraulic fluid —four 55 gallon drums observed at the time of inspection exceed the maximum daily reported amount of 25 gallons. 2. Used lubricating oils —the days on site and annual waste amount elements have not been completed. 3. P-60 NaOH/H2s Vapor Scrubber Solution —the size of the largest container has not been identified. 4. Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) —the days on site element has not been completed (this material is reported below reportable quantity and may be removed from the inventory). 5. Enviro-Scrub VT —the maximum daily amount is wrongly reported at 20 gallons and cannot be less than the size of the largest container reported at 1100 gallons and the days on site element has not been completed. 6. Z -All (Filtration Media) —the maximum daily amount is wrongly reported at 20 gallons and cannot be less than the size of the largest container reported at 1000 gallons. 7. Odor Fix - —the maximum daily amount is wrongly reported at 6 gallons and cannot be less than the size of the largest container reported at 250 gallons and the days on site element has not been completed. This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan.
