Sewage disposal system or methods shall conform to <br /> the requirements of the San Joaquin Local Health <br /> District and Ordinance 549. <br /> Drainage and water systems shall be maintained, <br /> operated and improved as necessary by a County Service <br /> Area. The County Service Area shall be formed prior <br /> to the consideration of the Final Map. <br /> 3. Public utility easements shall be as required by Pacific <br /> Gas and Electric, Pacific Telephone and Telegraph and all <br /> other public utilities. <br /> 4. Access to Wilson Way from Lots 1, 4, and 5 shall be <br /> restricted as per Section 9-1800 of Ordinance 2634. <br /> A fence shall be constructed along said right-of-way. <br /> 5 . A Preliminary Soil Report, as prescribed in Section 9-1507 <br /> of Ordinance 2634, as amended shall be required. <br /> The Final Map shall note and clearly delineate any area <br /> subject to an Intermediate Regional Flood (100 year flood <br /> or other Flood Hazard. All development within the sub- <br /> division shall conform to the requirements of the San <br /> Joaquin County Floodplain, Combining Zones (Title 9, <br /> Division 8, Chapter 1, San Joaquin County Ordinance Code;. <br /> 6. A reserve for street of stub to the west shall be provided. <br /> 7 . This map is approved for twenty-four months. <br />
