Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter <br /> of approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage (San <br /> Joaquin County Planning Title Section 10100). <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on parcel #2 under a permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development <br /> (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well on parcel #2 under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4100). <br /> d. The existing private water wells shall be tested for nitrates prior to recordation <br /> of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken and run by a State-approved lab. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-10100-05). <br /> e.
