Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter <br /> of approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage (San <br /> Joaquin County Planning Title Section 10100). <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Final <br /> Map. Samples are to be taken and run by a State-approved lab. (Planning Title <br /> Section 9-10100-05). <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well for parcels #1 , #2, and #3 <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the <br /> time of development (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5- <br /> 4100). <br /> d. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on parcels #1 , #2, and #3 <br /> under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time <br /> of development (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health care Ser�ces <br />
