Hazelton Avenue <br />Stockton, Ca 95201 <br />Re.: Foothill Landfill, 6484 Waverly Road, Linden, California. <br />This letter is to confirm the discussion between Solid Waste Division (SWD) and <br />Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br />EHD does not require SWD to submit the joint technical document (JTD) at this time, but <br />the amended report of disposal site information (RDSI) must be submitted to EHD at <br />least 150 days prior to implementing changes. The amended RDSI must address the <br />following: <br />1. Excavation plan <br />2. Leachate disposal plan <br />3.
