The
County believes that these detections are probably due to laboratory error, and will no longer be using the
services of the current laboratory. Nonetheless, a re-test was performed during the week of
September 15, 1999. The results will be submitted to the Regional Board as soon as we receive them. A
new, state certified laboratory will be used in the future.
This report is submitted to comply with Waste Discharge Requirements Order No. 94-258.
If you have any questions, please call me at (209) 468-3066.
Sincer ly,
WES J HNSON
Associate Civil Engineer
WJ:MK:rh
S AW ES\FH\G W MON\3-99LET
Enclosure
c: Robert McClellon, Lead Senior R.E.H.S., Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division
LA 64201
