Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report Sandhu Property ■ Mountain House, California August 12, 2021 ■ Terracon Project No. NA217037 Site Visit Observations Irerracon provided by the client, there are no subsurface features associated with the pumps. 3.2 Past On -Site Sources of Contamination The following above- or below -ground on-site potential or known sources of contamination were identified from past uses of the site: Historical use of the site as row crops from at least 1937 to 2006, which may have included the use of pesticides and herbicides. 3.3 Current On -Site Sources of Contamination The following above- or below -ground on-site potential or known sources of contamination were identified from current uses of the site: One crude oil pipeline transects the northeastern portion of the site, which may have caused a release to the subsurface. 3.4 Past Off -Site Sources of Contamination The following above- or below -ground off-site potential or known sources of contamination were identified from past uses of the surrounding properties: Historical use of the adjoining properties as row crops from at least 1937 to 2006, which may have included the use of pesticides and herbicides.
