Grant Line Rd., Tracy, Ca. 95391
APN 209-450-35, SR0084566, PA -1800160
The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Surface and Subsurface
Contamination Report (SSCR) dated November 9, 2021 and submitted November 29, 2021 and has the
following comments for your consideration.
The SSCR was submitted for a proposed minor subdivision which will result in three new parcels. The parcel
studied was the 4.60 acre southern portion of the property. The parcel will be split from the 20.72 acre property
to be used for corporate offices, warehousing, light manufacturing, wholesaling, professional offices and
services to support the previously mentioned premises. The EHD finds that the SSCR meets the requirements
of San Joaquin County and Code Title 9, section 9-905.12 (a).
If you have any questions please call Aldara Salinas, Environmental Health Specialist, at (209) 616-3019.
Steven Shih, REHS
Program Coordinator
1868 E.
