Notes Regarding Comments to

<br />1. Application for Permit Review, Part 3, Section B, 3, a, "Average Daily Tonnage (TPD)": The number
<br />reported, 790 TPD, reflects the 2004 average tonnage. Instead, report the estimated average waste tonnage
<br />expected to be received for each operating day on a yearly basis (calendar year) for the next five years. Do not
<br />use non-operating days in calculating the average daily tonnage.
<br />This number was revised per this comment and subsequent conversation.
<br />2. Application for Permit Review, Part 3, and Section B, 3, b, "Site Capacity Currently Permitted": The
<br />number reported, 97.0 million cu yards, is different from the current permit and the JTD value of 102 million
<br />cu yards.
<br />The number is corrected in this submittal
<br />3. Application for Permit Review, Part 3, Section B, 3, c, "Site Capacity Proposed": Use this number to
<br />increase site capacity from the currently permitted value. The number reported, 97.0 million cu yards, is the
<br />"Site Capacity Currently Permitted" value. If the site capacity is not increasing then this value should be zero.
<br />This correction has been made.
<br />4. Application for Permit Review, Part 3, Section B, 3, d, "Site Capacity Used to Date": The number reported,
<br />10.1 million cu yards, is different from the value reported in Appendix M of the JTD, 10.6 million cu yards.
<br />Explain the discrepancy.
<br />Please see revised volumes. Please note that the volume calculations in the JTD
<br />reflect conditions as of August 2004, the most recent aerial photo -topography. The
<br />volumes shown in the Application for Permit Review reflect volumes as of June 2005 in
<br />accordance with the instructions for this permit application (See Item 5, below).
<br />5. Application for Permit Review, Part 3, Section B, 3, f, "Date of Capacity Information": The date reported is
<br />December, 2004. This date can predate the application date by no more than three months. Bring the capacity
<br />information up-to-date to within three months of the application date.
<br />This correction has been made.
<br />6. Application for Permit Review, Part 3, Section B, 3, j, "Site Capacity Planned": Use this number to report
<br />any future site expansions not currently being proposed but which may be in the planning stages. The number
<br />reported, 97.0 million cu yards, is the "Site Capacity Currently Permitted" value. If there are no planned
<br />expansions then this value should be zero.

<br />Application for Permit Review, Part 5, Section A: Report the Negative Declaration document prepared on
<br />3/29/95.

<br />8. Application for Permit Review, Part 6, Section A: Include the JTD with the date prepared.
