The Funds are adequately funded up to the <br />September 25, 2005 Fund anniversary dates as specified in Title 27, California Code of Regulations <br />(CCR), Division 2, Subdivision 1, Chapter 6, section 22241. Both facilities utilize the Pledge of Revenue <br />for Postclosure Maintenance Costs, which is acceptable and meets the requirements as specified in 27 <br />CCR section 22245. <br />A Certificate of Self -Insurance and Risk Management, effective June 20, 2005, was faxed and meets the <br />requirements as specified in 27 CCR sections 22252 and 22216. <br />Thank you for your cooperation.
