The Foothill Site Improvement Project <br />was well underway at that time. This project removed many of the existing drainage features, <br />replacing them with improved features. Attached are photographs demonstrating the work at the <br />landfill, and showing two examples of the drainage improvements. <br />Many of these features were complete by October 31, but some are not yet complete, being a <br />component of the Site Improvement Project and scheduled along with the other work of the <br />contract. <br />If you have any questions, please call me at (209) 468-8504. <br />Sincerely, <br />W.
