A copy of this <br /> correspondence and the inspection report has also been forwarded to the operator, San Joaquin <br /> County Public Works Department, Solid Waste Division. <br /> The facility was evaluated for compliance with applicable sections of Division 30 PRC, and with <br /> Title 27, California Code of Regulations (CCR), Division 2, Subdivision 1, Consolidated <br /> Regulations for Treatment, Storage, Processing, or Disposal of Solid Waste. <br /> During the inspection CIWMB staff noted the following: <br /> 1. There were no violations or areas of concern of Division 30 PRC. <br /> 2.
