SECTION 19 Section 9-5004, Chapter 1 , Division 5 , Title 9 , of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending Subsection (a) to read' as follows: (a) The minimum net lot area shall be as follows : (1) Sixty-five thousand (65 ,000) square feet and shall be designated as rural residential 65 (RR-65) ; (2) One hundred thousand (100, 000) square feet and shall be designated as rural residential 100 (RR-100) ; (3) Two hundred thousand (200, 000) square feet and shall be designated as rural residential 200 (RR-200) ; The minimum net lot area, however, may be reduced ]2y up to ten percent 10% provided the overall average lot size of the proposed subdivision does not exceed the minimum lot size normally required hy the RR zones. SECTION 20 Section 9-5103 , Chapter 2 , Division 5 , Title 9, of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 9-5103 . AREA REGULATIONS .
