4 . Potable public water (County Service Area) shall be required <br /> for all residential dwellings within GP 88-13 if either of <br /> the following conditions exist: <br /> a. The residential developments within the subject <br /> area (GP 88-13) including the Traina project and <br /> all existing developed parcels reaches 50 lots. <br /> OR <br /> b. EPA, CA Regional Quality Control Board, CA Dept. <br /> Health Services or the Health District determines that <br /> the potable ground water is impacted with chemicals <br /> or radiological constituents that exceed the <br /> Maximum Contamant Level (MCL) of Title 22 CAC or <br /> the Recomended Action Levels (RAL) as designated <br /> by the State. <br /> OR <br /> C . Test well results as reviewed by the Health District <br /> indicate that water does not meet water quality <br /> standards. <br /> 5.
