SU -86-12 (APRICOT ACRES); AND ING THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO: STER PLAN AND FUNDING MECHANISM FOR A PUBLIC COMMUNITY WATER SYSTEM, AND NSULTANT AGREEMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF R_ A_ PRIVATE OR A_ PUBLIC STORM DRAINAGE HE APPROPRIATE METHOD TO PROVIDE DRAINAGE H SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT) That the Board of Supervisors, by Board Order, deny the appeal of the conditions of approval for Major Subdivision Application No. SU -86-12 (Apricot Acres) and modify the conditions of approval as follows: 1. The Developer shall enter into an agreement with San Joaquin County to pay fees for the construction of a public community water system. (The details of the agreement shall be in accordance with the attached Exhibit "A".) 2. The Developer shall install "dry" water lines within the limits of the subdivision which will conform to the proposed Master Plan. (The requirements of the "dry" water lines are detailed in the attached Exhibit "A".) 3. The Developer may install individual private wells for each lot on an interim basis in accordance with Local Health District requirements. (The requirements are detailed in the attached Exhibit "A".)
