The Department requires <br />a statement from the local health agency approving the use of individual water and septic systems <br />on EACH AND EVERY Lot in the proposed subdivision, that water is potable, and any other <br />information of benefit to a prospective purchaser your office may wish to provide. <br />We respectfully request issuance of this letter by your Department.
