SIDE YARD REGULATIONS. The minimum side <br />yard for main or accessory buildings shall be ten percent (108) <br />of the width of the lot; provided, that a -sside yard of not more <br />than fifteen (15) feet shall be required and a side yard of not <br />less than five (5) feet shall be permitted, subject to the excep- <br />tion that accessory buildings located at least six feet (61) to <br />the rear of the main building shall have a minimum side yard of <br />one (1) foot; provided, that no accessory building shall be <br />located closer than ten (10) feet to a dwelling on an adjacent <br />lot.
