Commodity -wise, San Joaquin County <br />is among the State's leading counties in the production of asparagus, <br />onions, fresh and processing tomatoes, almonds, apples, apricots, table <br />and wine grapes, walnuts, dry beans, corn, oats, safflower, sugar beets, <br />eggs, and hogs and pigs.
