The Developer shall enter into an agreement with San Joaquin County to pay fees for the construction of a i public community water system. (The details of the agreement shall be in accordance with the attached Exhibit Alf). 2. The Developer shall install "dry" water lines within the limits of the subdivision which will conform to the pro- posed Master Plan. (The requirements of the "dry" water lines are detailed in the attached Exhibit "A"). 3. The Developer may install individual private wells for each lot on an interim basis in accordance with Local Health District requirements. (The requirements are detailed in the attached Exhibit "A"). 4. The Developer shall initiate the formation of a County Service Area to be approved by the Local Agency Formation Commission prior to the approval of the Final Map, which shall become operative when the public water system is in place. 5. The Developer shall provide for storm drainage in accordance with Board of Supervisors' Resolution No. 76-4201 which allows for the use of on-site storm drainage retention basins on each lot. Further, that the Board of Supervisors direct, by Board Order, that the Department of Public Works shall: 1. Develop a Master Plan and funding mechanism for the construc- tion of a public community water system. 2. Develop a consultant agreement for the purpose of determining whether a private or a public storm drainage disposal system is the appropriate method to provide drainage.
