The rezone and subdivision are dependent upon the Board of <br />Supervisors favorable action on General Plan Amendment No. <br />GP -86-1, which is scheduled for Board action on August 17, 1987. <br />2. The subdivision application was filed in conjuction with Section <br />9-10002(c)(1) of the Planning Title. This section permitted <br />those Rural Residential subdivision tentative maps filed prior <br />to May 28, 1987 to be reviewed under the policies, ordinances <br />and development standards applicable at the time of submittal. <br />However, these standards are permissive and development may <br />require greater standards depending on actual conditions and <br />constraints. <br />Recommendation: <br />1. If the General Plan Amendment is adopted by the Board of Super- <br />visors, the staff recommendation will be to approve ZR -87-34 <br />and SU -86-12. The subdivision would be subject to those con- <br />ditions of approval recommended by affected agencies. <br />Copies of the referral responses are attached to this memorandum. <br />BCB:jdh <br />
