Before the Board of Supervisors <br />County of San Joaquin, State of California <br />B- 87-1569 <br />MOTION: COSTA/CARTER <br />TRAINA BROTHERS, SU -86-12 <br />THIS BOARD OF SUPERVISORS does hereby recertify Environmental <br />Impact Report (EIR) No. ER -86-3 with the following findings: <br />a. The Final EIR has been completed in compliance with the <br />California Environmental Quality Act; <br />b. The Final EIR has been reviewed by the Board of Supervisors <br />and the information contained in the Final EIR has been con- <br />sidered for the proposed project; <br />C. The Final EIR is adequate to address the impacts of the pro- <br />posed project; and <br />d.
