A test well shall be drilled within the project area (ZR 87-34-, <br />SU 86-12) to determine the water quality and availability (volume) <br />before the final map is approved. The test procedures will require <br />the following: <br />a. Water from the available aquifer shall be tested by <br />a state approved laboratory for chemical and radiological <br />constitients specified by the Health District. <br />b. Yater analysis results shall be submitted to the Health <br />District for review and approval. <br />2. Individual wells shall be installed according the <br />Health District requirements and contain a minimum of <br />100 feet grout seal consisting of Neat Cement. All construction <br />shall be under required permits, well logs and Health District <br />inspec t ion .. <br />3. Dry potable water supply lines shall be installed to San <br />Joaquin County Public Works Standards and stubbed out for <br />each lot prior to development. <br />
