Percolation test run on each lot and upon approval the required sewage <br />disposal area shown on the final improvement plans. A permit must be <br />obtained from the Health District for the percolation tests. <br />2. A soil profile boring to a depth of 10 feet is to be done on every <br />third lot when the percolation tests are run. <br />3. The Health District recommends a public water supply for this development <br />and any subsequent development in this area. Organic chemical contaminations <br />have been found in the vicinity and this potential problem can be better <br />monitored and controlled with a public water system. In addition, due to the <br />number of septic tanks being proposed and installed in this area, the residents <br />can be better served with a public water system. <br />4.
