Percolation test run on each lot and upon approval the required sewage
disposal area shown on the final improvement plans. A permit must be
obtained from the Health District for the percolation tests.
2. A soil profile boring to a depth of 10 feet is to be done on every
third lot when the percolation tests are run.
3. The Health District recommends a public water supply for this development
and any subsequent development in this area. Organic chemical contaminations
have been found in the vicinity and this potential problem can be better
monitored and controlled with a public water system. In addition, due to the
number of septic tanks being proposed and installed in this area, the residents
can be better served with a public water system.
4. A test well should be (trilled to ascertain water quality and the public water
system be developed, approved and accepted by all applicable agencies before
construction can begin on individual lots.
Jogi Khanna, M.D., M.P.H.
District Health Officer
Ron L.
