r Before the Board of Supervisors <br /> County of San Joaquin, State of California <br /> B-87- <br /> MOTION: -87- <br /> MOTION: <br /> BOARD ORDER DFNYING THE APPEAL OF TRAINA BROTHERS (C/O WILLIAM EDWARDS), AND <br /> MODIFICATION OF ODNDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR MAJOR SUBDIVISION APPLICATION NO. <br /> SU-85-12 (APRICOT ACRES); AND BOARD ORDER DIRECTING THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC <br /> S^ RKS TO: (1) DERJEZLP A MASTER PLAN AND FUNDING MECHANISM FOR CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF APUBLIC COMMUNITY WATER SYSTEM, AND (2) DEVELOP A_ CONSULTANT AGREEMENT <br /> FOR_THE UURP70SE OF DrrM\IINING WHETHER A_ PRIVATE OR A PUBLIC STORM DRAINAGE <br /> DISPOSAL SYSTEM IS THE APPROPRIATE METHOD TO PROVIDE DRAINAGE <br /> THIS BOARD OF SUPERVISORS hereby deny the appeal of the conditions of <br /> approval for Major Subdivision Application No. SU-8G-12 (Apricot Acres) and <br /> modify the conditions of approval as follows: <br /> 1. The Developer shall enter into an Agreement with San Joaquin County to pay <br /> fees for the construction of a public community water system. (The details <br /> of the Agreement shall be in accordance with the attached Exhibit "A". ) <br /> 2. The Developer shall install "dry" water lines within the limits of the sub- <br /> division which will conform to the proposed Master Plan. (The requirements <br /> of the "dry" water lines are detailed in the attached FXhibit "A". ) <br /> 3. The Developer may install individual private wells for each lot on an <br /> interim basis in accordance with Local Health District requirements. (The <br /> requirements are detailed in the attached Exhibit "A". ) <br /> 4. The Developer shall initiate the formation of a County Service Area, to be <br /> approved by the Local Agency Formation Commission prior to the approval <br /> of the Final Map, which shall become operative when the public water system <br /> is in place. <br />
