Public utility easements shall be as required by <br />Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Pacific Telephone and <br />Tclagraph ::z�mpany and all other public utilities. <br />Dedication of 4' wide PUE on all 60' street frontages <br />and 7' wide PUE on all 50' street frontages, on the filed <br />map. <br />H. The undergrounding of utilities shall be required <br />under the provisions of Section 9-1731 of Ordinance 263, <br />in order to reduce hazards to air navigation. Location <br />of overhead utilities shall be as prescribed by Section <br />9-1733 of Ordinance 2634. <br />In order to reduce hazards to air navigation, over head <br />utilities along Jahant Road shall be prohibited. <br />B. The minimum net lot area shall be 100,000 square feet. <br />9. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as <br />prescribed in Section 9-1450 of Ordinance 2634, as <br />amended, the developer shall contribute fees of equivalent <br />value as defined in said section. <br />10. A Preliminary Soil Report, as prescribed in Section <br />9-1507 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, shall be required. <br />11. The Final Map shall note and clearly delineate any area <br />subject to an Intermediate Regional flood (100 year <br />flood) or other Flood Hazard. All development within <br />the subdivision shall conform to the requirements of the <br />San Joaquin County Floodplain, Combining Zones (Title 9, <br />Division 8, Chapter 1, San Joaquin County Ordinance <br />Code). <br />
