Item No. 6 <br /> P/C 8-118-77 <br /> 5-77-14 <br /> Page 2 <br /> REFERRALS AND REPLIES <br /> - Fire Warden - I would like to recommend the following in regards to the <br /> proposed five lot residential subdivision : Provide a hydrant or hydrants <br /> as recommended by the Fire Warden and the Tuxedo-Country Club Fire Chief. <br /> - Pacific Gas & Electric Company - This company has no objections to the <br /> proposed subdivision, however, we do maintain gas and electric facilities <br /> within the area shown in green on the attached map. These facilities are <br /> installed within our right of way dated January 5, 1977 and recorded in <br /> Book 4219 of Official Records at Page 474. In order to provide additional <br /> service to Lot 5 of the proposed subdivision, we respectfully request that <br /> a 12.5 foot easement for our gas and electric facilities be reserved within <br /> the driveway easement fronting on Lot 4. <br /> - Stockton Unified School District <br /> - Tuxedo Country Club Fire District <br /> - Mosquito Abatement District <br /> - California WaterService Company - We have reviewed a copy of the tentative <br /> map of Powell Estates, Tract 1328, as prepared by Associated Engineers for <br /> Dr. James R. Powell and find it satisfactory for our purpose. <br /> Parcels 1, 2 and 3 can be served from existing facilities but service to <br /> lots 4 and 5 will require an extension in a Right of Way. <br /> California Water Service Company will extend its mains to serve this sub- <br /> division in accordance with its extension rules in effect and on file with <br /> the Public Utilities Commission of the State of California, or as those <br /> rules may be modified from time to time by the Commission in the exercise <br /> of its jurisdiction. A copy of these rules is attached hereto. Your atten- <br /> tion is directed to Sections A and C of the rule, which will apply to an <br /> extension installed for service to a new subdivision. <br /> If and when the applicant has entered into an extension agreement with this <br /> Company and has deposited the estimated cost of making the extens:;.on in <br /> accordance with the agreement, this Company will install the necessary water <br /> mains in accordance with the terms of the agreement and will serve the <br /> residents of the subdivision with water at the rates and in accordance with <br /> the rules and regulations of the Public Utilities Commission of the State <br /> of California. <br /> - Road Commissioner <br /> - Surveyor <br /> - Flood Control Engineer <br /> - Local Health District <br /> - Building Inspector <br /> - Pacific Telephone & Telegraph <br /> - Parks and Recreation <br /> - Water Quality <br /> DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS <br /> Parcel 1 has 119.60' of frontage on Country Club Boulevard. <br /> Country Club Boulevard has an existing width of 70' and a planned u,id- u <br /> of 70' . <br />
